The Ultimate Pre-Wedding Checklist

Your FREE cheat-sheet for your Shropshire Wedding

Organising a wedding can feel overwhelming, trust us, we get it.
We’ve worked with our fair share of wedding clients over the years, and one common theme amongst these couples (is not only their impeccable choice in wedding photographers) but the stress and upheaval of planning a wedding day. You spend months, if not years organising your wedding, and it’s always daunting to think “have I missed anything?”.

In this checklist you will find all of the important questions, tips and tricks to help make your wedding planning as stress free as possible.

Professional, enthusiastic and inconspicuous throughout.

Immediately from our first meeting with Ross, we felt at complete ease and confident in his work. Ross organised a relaxed pre-shoot meeting, taking the time to get to know us and really understand the kind of shoot and pictures we were looking for. His experience and expert eye came to the fore as shared tips for the day and exciting shot suggestions.

Prior to the day, Ross also personally visited the venue, ensuring he was familiar with the best photo locations and planned the logistics to ensure a smooth running. This was further demonstration of his professionalism and commitment to our shoot.

Despite being present with us throughout the day, you wouldn’t have known Ross and Russ were there, as they expertly and unobtrusively went about capturing the magic of our day.

Ross and Russ were respectful and enthusiastic throughout, not only to us but also to our family and friends, many of whom commented to us about this exact point. It was a pleasure to share our day with them.

I would absolutely encourage you to take Ross up on the photobooth option too, a fantastic and laugh-a-minute addition to our day. The booth was a modern, attractive, inflatable, white feature in our main room. Countless props were provided for the pictures, along with a guest book for a copy of each picture taken to be added in, along with the subjects’ comments. We actually enjoyed looking through this and the comments more than the official wedding guest book!

Please be aware however of one issue – the quality of Ross’ pictures is so high, with varied moods captured, lighting, colours and tones, that you will end up having to buy the lot or else be prepared to make painfully difficult and impossible choices!

Professional, enthusiastic and inconspicuous throughout. Ross is an extremely talented photographer and delivered on everything he promised. We couldn’t be happier with the shots he took and memories he and Russ expertly captured.

We would absolutely recommend him and you should absolutely use him!

Ross captured so many amazing moments- even ones that we’d forgotten about.

Ross was our Wedding Photographer in May 2019. He arrived during bridal prep and stayed many hours into the reception in the evening. Ross captured so many amazing moments- even ones that we’d forgotten about. We were over the moon with the quality of the photos and everyone who we have shared them with has been impressed. Thank you for having contributed to making our wedding day amazing.

The photos are top quality, and we couldn’t recommend Ross enough.

Ross was amazing from start to finish. From the initial contact we had with him, to meeting up with him for the first time: then finalising everything, the big day, and of course- receiving our beautiful photos from him. Very professional, but also made us, especially me, feel at ease. The photos are top quality and we couldn’t recommend Ross enough. Thank you again, Mr & Mrs Smith

His bubbly personality meant he effortlessly interacted with everyone which made such a good addition to the wedding!

Ross was the photographer at my friends Paige & Dan’s Wedding. I’ve never known a photographer go to so many lengths to capture all of the best moments of someone’s big day! He eventually worked through about 6 batteries.. he was snapping away for so long, and about as many memory cards! His bubbly personality meant he effortlessly interacted with everyone which made such a good addition to the wedding! His finished photos are flawless & his passion for his work is second to none! I will recommend Ross to everyone who wants good quality memories to cherish forever! Xx

Amazing photos, and a very friendly team..

I was such a lucky person to work with them as a dress designer on a project. 5*, highly recommend! Looking forward to meet up with you in the future!

Could not recommend Ross more..

He was truly amazing and made everyone feel at ease, in-fact we didn’t know he was even there! From the outset Ross was professional, taking pride in what type of photos we wanted. I wanted to make sure we had photos of everyone, and Ross went above and beyond to make this happen! Our day was amazing and Ross made our wishes come true in taking some truly beautiful photos. Memories that will be treasured forever thanks to Ross ♥️

Wedding meals: are they a thing of the past?

Do you want chicken, beef or the vegetarian option? A question we’ve heard at weddings countless times before, and for us personally, we think it’s a little overdone.
